Refurbishment
After you get the hang of guests recruiting, you would want to furnish your rooms so that you can charge a higher rent.
To refurbish your rooms, click on an empty room and click Furnish Room. There are two taps at the top half of the screen, one is the Market where you can buy new furniture, the other is your warehouse. Don't forget to click Furnish Now when you're done.
